Talent Acquisition (TA):
- Create job descriptions and post on job boards, sourcing candidates from diverse channels.
- Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Lead onboarding initiatives to integrate new hires into the company culture.
Organizational Development (OD):
- Promote career development and internal mobility for high-potential employees.
- Create organizational charts and process flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio to represent team structures and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in TA and OD in the fashion/retail industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
