- Monitor and address employee grievances and disciplinary issues in collaboration with management.
- Maintain HR reports, track HR metrics, and provide insights to improve HR operations.
- Assist in managing employee benefits and compensation administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 03 to 04 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices in retail environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle sensitive employee matters.
