Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and fashion-forward Outlet in charge who will bring the latest trends in clothing from wholesale markets and effectively engage with customers across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion/clothing trends, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage and facilitate online sales. This role involves selecting fashionable clothing items, attending to customer inquiries, assisting with purchases, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion/clothing trends and customer preferences.
- Source and select clothing from wholesale markets that align with current trends and the brand’s style.
- Maintain an updated inventory of trend-forward clothing items.
- Attend to customer inquiries and requests on various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp).
- Provide personalized fashion advice and recommendations based on customer preferences and trends.
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and completing transactions online.
- Post and update product images, descriptions, and prices on social media platforms. Respond to comments, queries and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Confirm customer orders, process payments, and ensure accurate order entry.
- Coordinate with the logistics team or third-party couriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of purchased items.
- Dealing with various vendors for price negotiation and purchase quality items.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to gather feedback and address any concerns.
- Maintain a customer database with preferences, purchase history, and communication logs.
- Provide feedback to management on emerging trends and customer preferences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fashion/clothing retail or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and the ability to anticipate future trends.
- Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) for business purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for fashion.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
- Candidate having a 2-wheeler vehicle and license is preferred.
