Autumnal Partners are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading European Investment Bank, our client are seeking a recent accounting & finance graduate to join their finance team in a financial/management reporting and analysis role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Management Accountant with the month-end close process
- Produce monthly journals for internal allocations, recharges to intercompanies, accruals, prepayments
- Investigating variances between budget and actuals, as well as month on month variances
- Analyse monthly spend against budget and produce files for review by the department heads
- Ad-hoc analysis and projects as and when required
- Assisting with quarterly VAT returns
- Assisting with yearly budget process
- Assisting with the audit
- Assisting with the year-end process
Applicants should be recent graduates with strong academic track records, ideally in accounting and finance but STEM subject graduates will also be considered. The business is fast paced and you should be committed and also prepared to study ACCA or CIMA
