We want every patient to feel supported and cared for throughout their prescription journey and as a key member of our Reception Team, you will be the first point of contact for patients visiting our brand-new state of the art Wimpole Street Premises.
You will guide patients through their prescription journey, treating them with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, offering friendly and personalised assistance through in-person interactions
- Provide clear guidance and support to patients throughout their visit or enquiry, ensuring their expectations are properly managed and that they feel informed and reassured throughout their visit
- Recognise and promptly refer patient concerns or clinical enquiries to our expert team of Registered Pharmacists and Technicians to ensure prompt resolution and outstanding care
- Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and other team members to ensure a smooth and high-quality service experience
- Uphold a professional and empathetic demeanour at all times, reflecting Pharmacierge's commitment to excellent patient care
Application Process
Applications will be screened and reviewed by our Recruitment Team. If we believe your CV meets our requirements, we will arrange an initial phone call with our Recruitment Coordinator to discuss the role and learn more about you.
If successful, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview at our Wimpole Street premises, where you will meet some of our Pharmacy Team Leads and gain further insight into the role and our culture.
Finally, if you progress beyond the interview stage, a phone call will be scheduled with a member of our senior leadership team for the final stage of the selection process.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach to customer service
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Previous experience in a patient facing Pharmacy or healthcare-related role is an advantage but not essential
