Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes and systems.
- Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet client needs, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management and others.
- Develop custom solutions and integrations using Oracle HCM Cloud APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, and other relevant technologies.
- Perform data migrations, data conversions, and system integrations as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to the business on best practices for Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and optimization.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on Oracle HCM Cloud functionality.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle HCM Cloud releases, features, and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
Minimum 3 years of expereince in implementing and managing Oracle HCM Fusion.
