At Practi, we're building the FinTech for Healthcare, and we're on a mission to ensure that every patient has access to the treatment they need through a combination of education and finance. We launched in January 2024 and have grown quickly from a handful of co-founders to a world-class team of over 30 across engineering, operations, growth, design and product.
As our Founder's Associate, you'll be at the forefront of scaling our business, supporting and working closely with our CEO to build a multi-product business that drives meaningful change. If you're entrepreneurial, driven, and ready to make an impact, this is your chance to shape the future of healthcare with us.
Our expectation is that after 18-24 months in this role, an outstanding candidate would then take on greater responsibility in a different role in the wider business - as such, this is a real opportunity for the right person who sees this as a real career accelerator.
What you'll do:
Strategic Support - Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop and implement business strategies, including market/product development, marketing & operations.
Research & Analysis - Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitors, and potential partnership opportunities to inform company strategy.
Project Management - Own and drive key projects, ensuring timely execution and effective delivery of high-impact initiatives across multiple teams.
Internal Communications & Cadence - helping design and execute a variety of sessions including Team Away Days, Leadership Team Days, Quarterly Planning Sessions and OKR tracking, to make sure all colleagues have maximum context to execute on the vision and strategy.
Board Management - Assist in preparing board materials, scheduling sessions, aligning stakeholders, ensuring board sessions run smoothly and any resulting actions are executed upon.
Diary & Meeting Management - Assist the CEO in scheduling sessions with investors, board members, and third-party partners, as well as coordinating internal and external meetings.
Expense & Financial Management - Manage light financial tasks such as processing expense claims, raising purchase orders, and liaising with the internal finance team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
As a person, you are:
Hard-Working & Committed - First and foremost you see this opportunity as a career accelerator and are prepared to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

A Strong Communicator - You'll need excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to different stakeholders.

Flexible & Adaptable - Able to switch gears quickly and efficiently in a high-growth environment, always ready to take on a new challenge.
Analytical & Logical- You can easily break down ambiguous problems into their constituent parts, understanding which pieces of the puzzle need to be solved, in what order

The importance we place on Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
Building a company to serve clinicians and patients in healthcare means we need to maximise our diversity of thought, so we can bring the best solutions to bear on such important problems. We also know that diversity of thought is a product of diverse talent, which manifests itself in many ways.
Gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, neurodiversity and socio-economic background are all dimensions that we care about and
we encourage applications from typically under-represented groups.
We have a 50/50 gender split across the company and 42% of our amazing colleagues are people of colour - whilst these only represent two aspects of diversity, we are consistently looking for new ways to find, attract and retain incredible colleagues.
Our Values at Practi
Choosing bravery over comfort, we stand firm in our values and tackle difficult tasks head-on. We lean into challenges, knowing that progress require resilience and bold action.
We count on each other by fostering an environment of transparency, integrity, and accountability. With ownership of our actions, we create a foundation of reliability, allowing us to operate with autonomy while supporting each other when needed.
Unapologetically bold, we push ourselves to achieve more, constantly striving for excellence. We drive progress with pace, always questioning the status quo and finding new ways to make a meaningful impact for both our team and our customers.
We believe in taking our work seriously, but not ourselves. By bringing lightness, levity, and joy to our day-to-day, we create a positive atmosphere where we can do our best work, celebrate successes, and build meaningful relationships with each other.
Empathy, compassion, and inclusion are at the heart of how we operate. We bring our whole selves to work, creating a supportive and safe environment where everyone feels valued. By practicing active listening and kindness, we strengthen our team and our culture.
We are committed to continuous learning, always seeking new knowledge and growth opportunities. With humility, we approach each day with a hunger to improve, knowing that small, consistent steps lead to transformative results over time.
