Eram Talent is a leading talent acquisition company specializing in providing top-notch solutions across various industries. We are currently looking for a dedicated QA/QC Manager for a short-term engagement of 3 months in Saudi Arabia. This role is vital in ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
If selected, the Food, Accommodation, Transportation, Flight Tickets & Visa Processing to KSA will be covered by the company.
Responsibilities
- Lead the QA/QC team to monitor the quality of ongoing projects within the stipulated time frame
- Analyze, develop, and implement effective quality control procedures and processes specific to the project needs
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify quality issues and proactively recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to discuss quality-related challenges and resolutions
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to quality control findings and compliance
- Provide hands-on training and support to the QA/QC team on industry best practices and standards
- Stay abreast of the latest industry quality standards and integrate them into project quality plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control management, with specific experience in short-term project management preferred
- Proven experience in quality assurance/control within the Saudi Arabian market is an advantage
- Strong understanding of inspection processes and documentation requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in quality control tools and software
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a short-term role
