Are you a passionate creative and a talented story teller who loves making ads? Are you proud of your organisational skills and ability to get shit done? You're reading the right job description. We want someone who is inspired to work in tech for good and is jumping out of bed in the morning because the idea of using their skills to put our message in front of millions of potential customers, in over 150 countries, gets them going.
We are looking for a type of person rather than a specific skillset. Our perfect fit will be creative, this means they can look at a Meta ad strategy and think of attention grabbing ways to execute it. They don't have to be able to design or video edit or even write copy - but they do have to know what good looks like and be an awesome networker who can find the best creatives to help them execute the brief. Maybe you have been working agency side, getting under the skin of different clients and brands. Or you will have spent a couple of years in an early stage startup, being scrappy and working in cross functional teams.
Before we talk about our product and mission, let's be clear that although we're tackling men's sexual problems right now, you don't need to be a guy to apply. We want to hear from candidates of all genders. We believe that if we solve these problems, everyone will benefit.
At Mojo, we're sexually enlightening mankind.
Sexual problems can be embarrassing, we've been there. That's why we're changing the narrative around issues in the bedroom.
We believe that good sex starts in your head, so we're not here to push pills or offer quick fixes to the 50% of Millennials and Gen Z who now suffer with psychological issues in the bedroom. Nope, our app is created by the world's best sexual wellbeing specialists to help our members lead thriving and healthy sex lives 💪. We are looking for someone that is excited to be part of that.
We've had crazy global growth, with over 500,000 members in 150 countries and counting. We're backed by two of Europe's top VC firms, and you might even have seen us on the front cover of the Sunday Times.

The Role
You'll work closely with the founders, and take ownership of our creative production process. This is an opportunity for you to make it what you will. You'll be given budgets, loose briefs and can do whatever it takes to make compelling ads which perform well.
We are an app-first experience, meaning our users are all over the world. You will have to be versatile and know how to get into the shoes of our customers but there are no limits to how quickly we can scale, and you will be at the forefront.
As we are an early-stage start-up, there is room for you to have a huge impact on the future of the company and a large amount of autonomy to shape your role and get stuck in. You should be comfortable adapting your role and responsibilities as the company grows. We expect this might consist of:
- Own ideation, planning and production of performance marketing ads
- Work with our paid media manager to review learnings and iterate ads
- Manage and run regular film shoots creating a diverse set of assets
- Report on and share insights gathered through ads experimentation
- Manage our relationships with agencies, briefing them and running the feedback process
- Work with designers and video editors to create ads ensuring a weekly cadence of releases
- Build out and run our creator and influencer community
- Participating in regular user research
- Own and develop documentation around ad platform policy
