Working in partnership with the NHS, we are already the UK's largest digital mental health platform for young people aged 10-25. We use the collective insight from over one million hours of professional support we have provided to guide people to self-help, community support, and professional help that matches their wants, needs, and goals in life.
Role Objective:
Enable data driven decisions, clinical excellence and commercial success throughout Kooth, by the provision of data and insights via dashboards, reporting and pieces of analysis, using data manipulation and visualisation tools to access Kooth's data model.
Main responsibilities:
- Support evidence based Product Development through analysis of service user behaviour
- Enable commercial success through delivery of insights and narrative aligned to strategic communication
- Support research team in the delivery of Clinical and Economic Evaluations
- Provide data and insights to enable optimisation of clinical and service delivery processes
- Optimise dashboards with new data points and improved functionality
- Optimise data model through the addition of new data points and efficiency improvements, allowing for complex analysis and faster end use
- Work closely with function leads and Insights Team colleagues, in translating insights requirements into work plans
- Communicate progress, issues and blockers on tasks and projects
Requirements
- Demonstrative experience using Tableau, and an awareness of Tableau Prep or PowerBI
- Good understanding of Programming languages such as PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Python
- Thorough visualization and data analysis skills
- SQL experience
- Good time management and strategic planning skills
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy when working
- Passion for mental health
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- A degree in a relevant subject such as Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
