Role Highlights
The Insights Analyst will be a key member of our dynamic and fast paced analyst team, creating critical business and market insights that our clients rely on to measure and grow performance and direct their strategy.
You will gain experience in analysing primary voice of customer data, secondary macro data, and corporate case studies. This will provide a base from which you will be trained as an expert in financial services insights. This is a fast-paced role where you will be rewarded for your commitment and learning ability.
Importantly, you will see the impact of your work on the largest and most innovative global, regional and national banks.
Key responsibilities:
- Analysis of primary consumer data to provide recommendations and propose actions for client's strategic decision-making
- Analysis of secondary data (economic, financial etc) to triangulate and contextualise RFI's primary research
- Sourcing and analysis of desktop content to deepen competitive insight
- Accurate creation and detailed review of sensitive performance metrics used by our clients within core functions of their institutions, and for market updates
- Creating presentation decks which tell a compelling story, using data
- Cross-functional collaboration with team members, including sales, client services, operations and research teams in our Singapore, London and Sydney offices
- Client interaction, including attendance at client meetings and a training roadmap for presenting to clients
- Communication of ideas, thinking outside the box and challenging the status quo
Requirements
- Have a degree in any discipline

Additionally, the following skills will be highly regarded but are not essential as full on-the-job training will be provided:
- Knowledge of or interest in the banking and payments industry or in market research
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with using Q, SPSS, or any other statistical analysis software
