Operations Manager. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, support the CEO in strategic initiatives, and manage administrative and executive functions for the companies. This role involves optimising business processes, managing teams, and driving operational excellence to support the firm's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing people and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant workflows
- Oversee client onboarding, case management processes, and service delivery to meet client expectations
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise processes and improve efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and manage support staff and legal professionals to ensure optimal team performance
- Oversee workload distribution, ensuring deadlines are met, and resources are used effectively
- Monitor budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation to ensure cost-efficiency
- Work with the finance team to produce financial reports and control expenditures within budget limits
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for the firm
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational and reputational risks
- Implement new systems and tools to streamline operations and improve client service
- Identify and execute continuous process improvements across all functions of the consultancy
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success
- Act as a strategic partner to the Founder, assisting with high-level decision-making and business development
- Provide insights and recommendations to support business growth and operational improvements
- Represent the Founder in internal and external meetings when required, and act as a liaison between departments
- Manage the Founder's calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings
- Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the Founder, maintaining confidentiality

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or Law (or related field)
- 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a legal or consultancy environment
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and cost management
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the legal sector
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working closely with executives or founders in fast-paced environments
