Outline of the job:
The ideal candidate will have experience working with digital content and a full understanding of the production workflow, from pre-production through to content delivery. This role requires someone with experience managing multiple competing deliverables in a busy production hub and who works closely with clients. The role will be based in London.
What You'll Be Doing...
- Manage, resource, and schedule multiple digital content pieces (film and other digital assets), to ensure that all tasks in production are finished on time, with budgets and resource constraints in mind
- Managing both internal & client budget & cost monitor
- Acting as first point of contact for new production projects, creating production workflows, briefing producers and post-production
- Booking, coordinating, and contracting freelance creatives
- Understanding and utilising brand guidelines
- Completing post-production paperwork and creating appropriate administrative systems to maintain optimum workflows
- Maintaining quality control, and ensuring films are delivered to specification
- Liaising with clients to ensure any changing deadlines are met
- Liaising with the digital team to ensure all outputs include a dissemination plan

Requirements
What we need from you...
- Confidence in managing multiple budgets & tracking internal & third-party costs
- Full understanding of the production workflow, from briefing to delivery
- Experience organising international shoots
- Working knowledge of archive and music licensing
- Experience working with multiple producers and ensuring deadlines are met
- Experience with scheduling and organising voiceovers & talent
- Experience in client facing roles preferred
