Job Purpose:
To lead and execute sales transformation projects in the Karachi region by developing and implementing effective RTM strategies, optimizing sales models, and aligning go-to-market approaches. Responsible for driving growth, achieving assigned.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Lead key work streams and project delivery activities in sales transformation solutions for Karachi region
• Help plan and execute transformational projects with a scope of services that include diagnostic/business cases, channel strategy and alignment, sales strategy, sales model and go-to-market (GTM) design.
• Achieve assigned goals and strategies
• Identify new leads and avenues for growth
• Develop and manage budgets for each project while accounting for all costs
• Reporting on project status to upper management and keeping them informed about any delays or issues with the project
• Manage and lead RTM (Route to Market) strategies
• Ensure sales and distribution model in line with company strategies
• Execute and evaluate RTM performance distributor infrastructure
• Develop and communicate best practice
• Develop solid and optimized RTM strategy including of urban approach to exploit and explore opportunity and potentiality of the market
• Develop Annual Business Plan for RTM implementation in conjunction with commercial team and regional sales manager team
• Conduct financial analysis, return on investment of RTM process to be shared with key stakeholders, control system in place to get regional compliance on distribution management
Skills requirements:
- Commercial Acumen – Strong understanding of Sales Fundamentals, RTM Models, Channel Plans and Business PnL
- Strategic Ability – can develop specific, valuable, innovative, and commercially focused strategies while also grasping the “bigger picture”
- Strong communicator who excels in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with local stakeholders (internal & external), regional and HO teams
Background requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 Years of experience (Overall experience in any area of sales is acceptable)
