Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
- Building sustainable relationships with customers
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with internal teams
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal
Please note this is a hybrid role and would require working on Saturdays and evening shift and might occasionally require working on Sundays. Only residents of Karachi will be catered to
