Our Retail Sales Advisors aim to maximise the sales potential of the company by actively engaging with customers, driving the customer experience with great conversations and building relationships. They are advocates for the brand image and comfortably showcase our products to high presentation standards.
As our Retail Sales Advisor, you will report to the Store Manager at G-SHOCK London. Prior product knowledge is not necessary as we provide you with in-depth training to confidently demonstrate the technical expertise required for our customers.
Responsibilities of our Retail Sales Advisor:
- Assisting with interior displays and operations when required
- Monitoring stockroom facilities on a daily basis
- Supporting in-store events and activations i.e. G SESSIONS.
- Ad-hoc support regarding the running and maintenance of store social accounts.
- Ensuring high personal standard of appearance/hygiene are maintained in accordance with company policy.
- Be fully conversant with your retail selling skills and Casio stock in terms of product knowledge, ranges available and technical information.
- Ensuring high standards of housekeeping in all areas of the store including the sales floor, stockroom and staff areas.
- Adhering to Casio security rules at all times.
- Reporting any suspicious activities by customers, staff or managers to relevant authority.
Requirements
- ESSENTIAL: Flexibility - our store is open Monday to Sunday, so you need to be able to work retail hours and shifts
- ESSENTIAL: Demonstrate excellent timekeeping and be confident and personable with experience in a customer facing role or retail environment. Be pro-active with approaching customers and passionate about delivering a quality service
- ESSENTIAL: Enjoys working and supporting a team but can always be relied upon to work as an individual
- Willingness to learn about technical products and be actively involved with training requirements
- Committed to self-development of product knowledge on all new lines and products, comfortable with seeking assistance where appropriate
- DESIREABLE - prior experience within the timepiece industry and a passion for watches
- DESIREABLE - ability to speak an additional language as well as fluent English, our customer base is varied and we like to ensure a great experience for them by our team being able to communicate at all levels
