Two Circles is a global sports agency, connecting fans with sport properties using data. We work with some of the world's biggest sports organisations - including World Rugby, Premier League, Wimbledon, European Golf Tour and UEFA - and have four times been named Sport Industry Agency of the Year.
We have a team of just over 650 Two Circlers working from nine offices across the world (Bern, Kansas City, London, Los Angeles, Melbourne, Miami, New York, Paris, Cologne) who work cross-region to service our expanding international client base.

What You Will Do
As a Product Designer at Two Circles, your role will be multi-faceted, working on various stages of the design process including: ideation, research, UX design, concepting, prototyping, UI design, motion and more.
Your work will contribute to winning, undertaking and executing projects for our clients, designing products which will impact millions of sports fans around the world. As an integral part of our digital products team, you will have the opportunity to own projects with support from the wider team. In addition, you will be an active contributor to the wider business, advocating for the design team and showcasing its value through presentations and client-facing work.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity, pixel-perfect visual designs that captivate sports fans
- Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile, merging content with impactful brand assets
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and concepts to effectively communicate ideas and solutions
- Create site maps, information architectures, and user personas to understand user needs and behaviours
- Conduct user research and usability testing using tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics to identify issues and validate designs
- Collaborate with product managers to ensure design concepts align with technical feasibility and product goals
- Work closely with developers, preparing detailed hand-off materials to ensure accurate design implementation
- Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance to support their growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, adapting designs to meet sports-specific user and business needs
Other Responsibilities
- Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of design frameworks, taxonomies, and scalable design systems for consistency and excellence across digital products
- Create exciting micro-interactions and motion to enhance digital products, ensuring animations align with business goals
- Develop comprehensive as-is and to-be journey maps that illustrate user flows across various touchpoints in digital products
- Play a key role in workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure productive and engaging sessions that meet client needs
- Support business development initiatives by providing design support, crafting compelling visuals for pitches, proposals, and presentations to excite clients and win work
- Proactively explore new design tools, including AI-powered methods, to improve efficiency and encourage creative experimentation
- Seek feedback to continually enhance your skills, identifying strengths and areas for development
Ideal Candidate & Skills
- The ideal background and skills we are looking for include:
- 3+ years of experience in digital product design, showcasing a high-quality portfolio
- Strong visual design skills with a focus on creating pixel-perfect user interfaces
- Solid understanding of UX principles, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
- Experienced with prototyping tools like Protopie
- Strong knowledge of research methods to identify user needs and pain points
- Experience designing digital products for sports organizations
- Skilled in creating and developing design frameworks
- Familiar with designing modular, CMS-driven websites
- Adaptable and flexible in working with diverse clients and internal teams
- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end software development and Agile processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of earning respect and buy-in from stakeholders

- Experience in evolving brands for digital experiences
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in building websites on platforms such as Contentful, Webflow, or Framer and set up modules using sports-specific CMS platforms
