Operations Planning & Execution:
- Develop, execute, and continuously optimize operational workflows
- Coordinate group-wide operations, supporting multiple Azeus/Convene offices globally
- Establish, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Sales & Back-Office Support:
- Provide operational support to sales teams, ensuring alignment across different offices
- Manage back-office functions to improve efficiency and productivity
Cross-Department Coordination:
- Work closely with teams across various global offices to gather required information and solutions
- Act as a bridge between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow execution
Solution Mapping & Problem Solving:
- Translate high-level objectives into actionable operational plans
- Identify operational bottlenecks and devise solutions independently

Requirements

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the IT, software, or SaaS industry
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently based on objectives
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Experience working in a global environment, coordinating with cross-functional teams across different time zones
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage multi-office coordination effectively
