Educational Qualification: B.F Tech / M.F Tech / Bachelor's in Accessory Design / Masters in Accessory design
Experience: 4+ years of work experience in Retail industry from Jewellery background

Job Responsibility:
- Jewellery range planning and buying by identifying existing and new business opportunities
- Develop and implement the annual calendar for design, range launches, promotions, stock rationalization and discount
- Ensure timely approvals & placement of orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Drive the pricing, marketing and promotions of the category's products in order to make them as visible, accessible, and appealing to customers
- Innovate for targeting new customer segment, increasing sales and rationalizing costs
- Create and maintain workflows, WIP, Time and Action plan for the category
- Provide communication briefs addressing category requirement
- Maintain costing sheets
- Source, develop and maintain a productive relationship with vendors that is mutually beneficial to the company and artisans
