Join our Company as the
Executive Assistant to Country Management and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a more inquisitive place for tomorrow.
You‘ll make an impact by:
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the Country Management’s ability to effectively lead the organization
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and colleagues on all matters pertaining to the Country Management.
- Work closely with the Country Management to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Managing administrative processes, such as ordering of office material and IT equipment, inventory of office equipment, document archiving, handling notifications, maintaining distribution lists, managing access rights, etc.
- Project-specific support, such as the preparation or refinement of letters, presentations etc.
- Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.
Your success is grounded in
- Substantial experience as executive assistant in an international environment
- Strong organizational, administrative and time management skills
- Very good written and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly and encouraging attitude, willingness to take the initiative and ability to work independently
- Advanced professional skills in MS Office
