Experience
You will have relevant experience including in digital product design and participating in all aspects of design (planning, UX design, UI design, design system creation)
Whilst you'll will be employed by TMWX part of TMW Unlimited (an affiliate of Accenture Song), you'll be working day-to-day as part of Accenture Song's DDP (Design & Digital Products) team.

- Deliver the design of new experiences and improve existing products through creative thinking, a deep understanding of the user and an exceptional eye for detail

- Collaborate with other designers, developers and researchers on mixed methods work to bring integrated value to our clients
- Explain, discuss and justify design decisions effectively; give design feedback
Project
- Work to create the end-to-end design of the experience, working in collaboration with design leads and peers
- Create beautiful, impactful and empathetic executions
- Support in solving design problems end-to-end, from identifying user needs, generating concepts to defining and creating a product and crafting how people will interact with it
- Communicate design concept for digital products through various artefacts such sketches, wireframes, user flows, screen designs and interactive prototypes
- Support in product design activities at the project level
Client
- We work with a wide variety of clients, across different industries and sectors, however we're currently looking for designers to work specifically on several health and government projects
- Work in collaboration with client teams to understand the user, business and brand
- Present thinking through appropriate methods to gain feedback and iterate your thinking
- Create quality client deliverables
- Support new business development efforts by inputting into pitch efforts and client meetings
- Comfortable with hybrid working. Every project is different, but we love our team to be in the studio and in our client's office to work collaboratively
Community
- Attend and help plan studio and community events and workshops
Skillset
- Relevant experience in Product Design and Product Creation
- Hybrid design experience, demonstrating that you can merge visual and interaction design skills to create unique design solutions
- Experience in translating business and customer requirements into a compelling holistic experience across different touchpoints
- Design system management and ideally creation
- Understanding of accessibility guidelines and experience in designing to industry recognised standards
- Working proficiency in design tools including Figma and Adobe CC
- Have a great appreciation for brand, typography, colour and layout
- Dexterity in speed and quality with the tools of your trade
- Ability to create lower fidelity to fully interactive prototypes
- Knowledge of and curiosity about technology, translating its impact on design solutions
- Knowledge of and experience with applying user-centered design processes
- Accustomed to working collaboratively with customers and cross-functional team members
- History of delivering Product Design outcomes on time
- Proven collaborative and teamwork skills
