• Assist the F&B Outlet Manager to coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the
House restaurant operations.
• Taking the responsibilities of the F&B Outlet Manager when is not on duty.
• Supervise all staff and assist them when needed.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Provide necessary on-the-job training and give constructive feedback to improve
productivity of team.
• Report all maintenance issues.
• Understand figures given and control the departmental targets of F&B cost and labor cost.
• Adhering to with all HACCAP standards and all health and safety procedures
