Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Greet the customers as they enter with a smile and a good morning, afternoon, or evening.
• Serve all customers drinks menu and answer any questions regarding ingredients.
• Take orders while paying attention to detail to get the correct orders.
• Generate additional revenues by doing upselling and doing recommendations of any promotions we
may have and special products.
• Prepare beverages following recipes as per brand standards.
• Serve beverages, prepare food and pastries as per our company standards.
• Updating food tags and displays to attract customers and use a first come first serve system of the
products to have every day fresh products.
• Receive and process payments.
• Keep the bar area clean and update the cleaning schedule accordingly.
• Maintain stock of all bar equipment and inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, stocking
coffee brewing equipment, maintaining supplies, pastries, savory food, and cookies for coffee bar.
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and
utensils.
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance issues to your Outlet
Manager.
• Communicate customer feedback to Outlet Manager and recommend new menu items.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
