You will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of some of our platform products. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in ecommerce. In this role, you will get to work across the length and breadth of the ecommerce platforms: Catalog, Martech, User Identity, Discovery, Cart, Checkout, Order Management and Customer Experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, Engineering, QA, Data Science, Ops, Finance and Accounting to deliver a world-class Ecommerce experience for our brands.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with Brands, Business Teams, Engineering, QA, Data science, and UX design teams to define and execute features
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities and trends in Ecommerce and apply insights to make informed product decisions.
- Define and track key shopping funnel performance metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and user engagement, and continuously optimize the shopping experience based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate third-party data sources, tools, and APIs to enhance the search experience and drive innovation.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing search interfaces that improve discoverability and user engagement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement monetization opportunities within the search experience, such as sponsored search results or personalized recommendations.
- Drive cross-functional coordination and communication to ensure timely and successful execution of search-related projects, including coordinating with engineering teams on technical implementation and testing.
Requirements:
- Total years of experience: 8+
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management
- Experience working in mid to large organizations, preferably in the e-commerce
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for user-centric design and a customer-first mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
