About The Role
We are seeking a talented Videographer and Creative Lead to join a leading financial services organisation on a permanent, full-time basis. Based in London, this hybrid role (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) involves conceptualising, shooting, and delivering compelling video content that strengthens the organisation's brand presence and storytelling.
The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end video production process and collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure brand alignment. Additional responsibilities include corporate photography, podcast production, and contributing to the evolution of the organisation's brand identity.
Requirements
- Develop and execute engaging video content for both internal and external platforms
- Oversee all aspects of video production, including filming, editing, and post-production
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and pitch concepts to internal stakeholders
- Stay informed about trends and emerging technologies to keep content innovative
- Deliver company photography for collateral, including headshots
- Record and edit podcasts to a high standard
- Contribute to website, intranet, marketing materials, and social media content
- Ensure consistency across all video outputs while feeding into the ongoing brand evolution
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in video, audio, and creative design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Highly organised, self-driven, and detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in the corporate or financial services sector is beneficial
