Job Purpose
The position is part of the Unilever Food Solutions team. As AM Chains, you will lead sales and business growth through our local Chains accounts by managing customer relationships and developing end-to-end strategies for these accounts.
Key responsibilities include effective distribution management, execution of operator activities within the assigned area, and enhancing chefmanship capabilities, all while ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
- Drive the business to the desired ambition of Underlying Volume Growth/Sales Growth and track targets across all channels.
- Develop strong relationships with operators.
- Drive chefmanship capability for the entire team and conduct regular kitchen trainings with Chefs.
- Develop Grip, Grab and Grow muscle on local chain accounts;
- Grip: Deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and culinary product nuances to provide tailored solutions.
- Grab: Proven ability to seize sales opportunities, capture client interest, and effectively add new SKUs in the clients existing Menu.
- Grow: Demonstrate success in nurturing client relationships, increase existing product usage, and grow sales through strategic planning and execution with client.
- Build knowledge of competitive activities and market feedback and disseminate this information to relevant stakeholders.
- Possess a strong understanding of financial metrics, including business profitability and gross margin
- Execute and oversee projects such as activations, launch plans, and marketing strategies with meticulous attention to detail. Conduct rigorous post-launch evaluations and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Redefine processes based on post-execution analysis, utilizing strong analytical skills.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned area, enhance the efficiency of existing business models, and implement other benchmark models where feasible.
What You Need To Succeed
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG B2B/Food Services industry is preferred
