Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Screening:
- Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to source qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with client needs.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and industry-specific hiring challenges.
Candidate Engagement
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Guide candidates from application to placement.
Recruitment Process Coordination
- Schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring timely follow-ups and feedback.
Database Management
- Maintain and update the candidate database for current and future opportunities.
Reporting & Analysis
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on recruitment activities, client feedback, and pipeline status to the management team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment agency.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proactive and results-driven attitude with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
