Primary Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Assessment:
- Leverage a variety of resources including job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and personal networks to identify suitable candidates.
- Carry out preliminary screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and compatibility with client requirements.
Client Engagement
- Develop and sustain strong connections with current and prospective clients.
- Comprehend client needs, job specifications, and sector-specific recruitment challenges.
Candidate Interaction
- Ensure ongoing communication with candidates to foster a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support candidates from their initial application through to their eventual placement.
Recruitment Coordination
- Organize interviews between clients and candidates, guaranteeing timely follow-ups and feedback exchanges.
Database Administration
- Keep the candidate database up-to-date for current and future job openings.
Reporting & Metrics
- Deliver weekly and monthly updates on recruitment efforts, client impressions, and pipeline progress to the management team.
Qualifications & Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- 1–2 years of prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a recruitment agency setting.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities.
- A proactive, results-focused mindset with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
