Job Summary:
The Data Management Officer is responsible for developing and implementing data management programs, including data catalogs, data sharing, unified individual records, and data monetization strategies. This role involves overseeing frameworks established by the organization, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Data Management Programs:

- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and data governance policies.
- Framework and Performance Monitoring:
- Define organizational requirements for data management programs.
- Monitor progress and prepare performance indicator reports.
- Propose improvements to optimize program implementation and outcomes.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Coordinate with business data specialists and representatives from all departments to gather reports on the status and progress of each data management program.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to ensure seamless data integration and governance.
- Compliance Assessment:
- Support the execution of compliance assessments related to data management practices.
- Report findings and recommendations to improve compliance and address gaps.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data management or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in project management is essential.
