As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at PakWheels.com, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying and developing advertising opportunities with new and existing clients, while focusing on providing innovative and customized advertising solutions. Working within a dynamic sales environment, you will utilize various sales strategies to build, retain, and expand relationships with key clients, primarily within the regional or large account sectors. Your work will involve selling advertising solutions, attending industry events, and building strategic partnerships that drive market penetration and growth.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage sales processes by engaging with brands, media agencies, and decision-makers to present PakWheels.com’s advertising products, translating customer needs into tailored online advertising solutions.
- Develop, grow, and maintain strong client relationships by understanding client objectives and business requirements, continually driving revenue growth via effective use of PakWheels’ digital advertising platform.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and product development teams to design innovative and impactful advertising campaigns that leverage PakWheels’ broad reach, including banner ads, content marketing, branding, magazine promotions, and video marketing.
- Identify market trends and develop actionable insights to enhance customer offerings, creating opportunities to introduce new product lines and partnerships, such as in the banking, insurance, and other emerging sectors.
- Leverage networking and strategic sales tactics to attend and represent PakWheels.com at auto and media-related events, engaging directly with prospective clients to generate leads and close sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent experience in marketing and sales.
- Fresh graduates to those with up to 1 year of relevant experience are preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate the value of PakWheels' marketing solutions to various audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling business proposals and close sales.
- Proactive and competitive, with a deep understanding of customer needs and sales strategies, combined with a creative and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in face-to-face sales, including cold calling, appointment setting, and up-selling within a fast-paced environment.
