Core Accountabilities
- Collect and analyse relevant data that support the identification and selection of appropriate partnership opportunities, whilst collaborating with the Strategic Studies and Research Sector.
- Assist in the identification of Government-to-Government strategic partnership priorities and themes based on the Saudi national interest and in coordination with the Relationship Management department and the Strategic Studies and Research Sector.
- Execute activities related to the respective country files activities in close collaboration with the wider team. This includes a variety of reactive and strategically planned opportunities such as organization of delegation visits and events to increase the reach and impact of the organization’s profile and visibility, and to promote the relationship with countries in scope.
- Contribute to the business opportunities efforts and conduct assigned activities related to managed file/region/area throughout its life cycle i.e. screening, categorizing, evaluating, selecting, capturing, closing and monitoring. This includes leveraging existing partnership agreements (i.e. MoUs) to strengthen current relations and build new prospective relations while ensuring proper evaluation of opportunities based on clear criteria.
- Assist the Director, Partnerships and Business Development in identifying, development, monitoring and reporting to strategic and secondary opportunities as required.
- Liaise with partners and affiliates to obtain all the required information needed to derive analysis reports and recommendations for potential business opportunities.
- Engage multiple stakeholders to qualify and decide on the new partnership and leverage the Relationship Management department for interactions with sectors / local stakeholder.
Academic & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in General Management, Macro-Economics, Political Science and General Diplomacy
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in partnership development and management, business development or related field preferably in a:
Diverse/multi-cultural business industry
Multi-national company
Strategic development, global business development or similar type role
Skills

Additional Job Requirements
- Analyzing impressions and evaluating global, regional and local trends related to international organizations, and identifying areas of importance in line with the national strategy.
- Preparing a preliminary list of opportunities to host international organizations, including opportunities available to establish new international organizations in various advanced fields.
- Collecting detailed information and data on organizations and potential opportunities.
- Assessing the level of compatibility and suitability of potential organizations with the Kingdom’s standards from a legal perspective.
- Conducting an assessment with the aim of identifying organizations and bodies that are compatible with the Kingdom’s strategic objectives.
