Core Purpose of The Job:
Assist the OD Manager in ensuring the proper planning, implementation, and completion of all talent management activities across the organization including but not limited to Organizational Talent Reviews (OTR), Leadership Assessments, Coaching, Executive Education, Succession Planning etc.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, or Social Sciences with globally accredited certification in Psychometrics.
- 6 years of relevant experience in Talent Management
- Competence in developing development paths and succession plans that align with organizational goals.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Fluent in English Language (verbal & written communication)
