At ibex, We are looking for a highly-effective, experienced Project Manager for global client. This position will manage a variety of projects across departments and play an important role in the evolution of the organization. The ideal candidate is organized and detail-oriented, has an eye for process improvements, and has experience utilizing technical tools to bring better structure, efficiencies, and communication to projects.
Position Responsibilities:
- Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects by defining objectives for project teams, engaging stakeholders, measuring risk and performance, identifying and resolving obstacles to assure project success.
- Prepare detailed project plans for all phases of a project and complete projects according to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Evaluate and predict resources needed to reach project objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. Assign tasks and communicate timelines to team members.
- Provide project updates and reports on a consistent basis to various stakeholders.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
- Share project management knowledge and experience of skills with others, including tools and techniques, identifying those most appropriate for the environment.
- Establish best practices, templates, processes, and procedures to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.

Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 3 - 5 years’ experience managing varying levels of projects.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive projects to completion.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Ability to manage, lead, and motivate project teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and extremely resourceful.
- Efficient with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience developing and implementing process improvements.
- Curious, driven, self-starter, constantly seeking out opportunities to learn and expand your skill set.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.

- PMP or CAPM certification
- Monday.com and Jira experience
- Digital Insurance experience
