- Job duties:
- Participate in preparing guidelines and instructions related to performance management activities for all organizational units affiliated with the concerned entity.
- Identifying the source of the necessary information and data, collecting, organizing, analyzing and determining performance indicators for all sectors of the concerned entity.
- Preparing specialized documents and reports related to institutional performance, presenting appropriate recommendations and solutions, presenting, clarifying and storing them in its database in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
- Developing work methods and procedures using modern technologies and keeping pace with developments and innovations in the field of institutional performance.
- Providing support to all sectors in the concerned entity to enable them to evaluate the results related to performance indicators and document them in performance plans.
- Technical Skills:
- Performance Evaluation (Methodologies).
- Enterprise Quality Management Software (EQMS).
- Performance analysis.
- Educational requirements: · Bachelor degree, preferably Master degree, in Business, Management and Law, or a related specialty.
- Years of experience: At least 5 years of experience in the field.
