Primary objective:
Supports the execution of the school’s marketing and communications objectives by managing day-to-day digital content, coordinating the creation and distribution of marketing productions, and ensuring content consistency across digital platforms (website, social media, etc.). Works closely with the marketing team to implement campaigns, monitor digital performance, and provide data-driven insights to optimise ongoing efforts.
Areas of responsibility:
- Assist in managing the school's website, social media accounts, and other digital platforms to ensure content is regularly updated, accurate, and aligned with the school’s branding guidelines.
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers to secure high-quality content and ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Organise and maintain the digital file system, ensuring all marketing materials, photos, videos, and other assets are easily accessible.
- Publish approved content on social media platforms, ensuring alignment with communication strategies and branding standards.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries professionally, and escalate issues as required.
- Analyse website user behavior using analytics tools and prepare comprehensive reports identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate social media performance reports, track engagement metrics, and share actionable insights with the line Manager.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing activities for school events, including coordinating event logistics, managing digital promotions, and ensuring the distribution of marketing materials.
- Work with internal teams to gather information and materials for content updates, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall objectives.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for marketing campaigns and initiatives as directed by the line Manager.
- Undertake additional duties as and when required by the line manager.
Safeguarding:
- The post holder will be required to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people and follow the school’s safeguarding policies and the staff code of conduct. They will directly support the designated safeguarding lead as a priority to ensure the safety and well-being of all students at the school.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or any related field (essential).
Experience:
- +3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools.
- Experience with website content management systems and social media management tools.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Proficient in website management and content updates.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and report on digital metrics.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a file system effectively.
