Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and logistics department
- Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products
- Implement and maintain efficient logistics processes and procedures
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor and analyze shipping and receiving performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Train and supervise warehouse staff
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Requirements
Prior experience in warehouse and logistics, strong organizational and time-management skills, proficient in inventory management systems, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
