Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Event Planning and Execution:

- Work closely with other departments, such as security, public relations, and logistics, to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage post-event follow-up, including thank-you letters, media relations, and public announcements.
- Cultural and Diplomatic Sensitivity:
- Maintain an understanding of international diplomatic customs, cultural protocols, and geopolitical sensitivities.
- Foster relationships with foreign diplomats, international representatives, and organizations to ensure the organization's good standing.
- Monitor trends and changes in international relations and cultural practices to advise the organization on any necessary protocol adjustments.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of past events, meetings, and diplomatic engagements, ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.

- Training and Development:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

- Experience:
- Previous experience in protocol, event planning, diplomacy, or public relations.
