Job Summary:
EPF is seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to ensure all construction activities meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong inspection and reporting skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining compliance with industry regulations and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and tests of materials, components, and construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to verify adherence to design requirements.
- Monitor on-site activities and identify quality concerns or deviations.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, including findings and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of inspections, certifications, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Assist in the implementation of quality assurance processes and standards on-site.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–7 years of proven experience in quality control inspection in the construction industry.
- Location: Candidate must be available in Saudi Arabia.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with local building codes and international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in quality control or inspection (e.g., CSWIP, AWS, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and software.
- Experience in infrastructure, residential, or commercial construction projects.
