Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at Zenith Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Accountant will be responsible for managing accountant of Owner Association and Building Facilitiy in order for financial transactions, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- Financial reporting, Financial analysis, and Compliance expertise
- Experience with financial software and spreadsheets
- Audit preparation and Tax preparation skills
- Attention to detail and Accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Having experince in Owner Association and facility management Company as accounting
