Objectives:
Create and prepare all annual KPIs and discuss objectives and initiatives with the Management for SMi.
Work Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with all departments to identify their objectives and KPIs.
- Select the right measurements for each objective.
- Participates in setting targets for each KPIs.
- Agree with the owners to select the people responsible for each KPIs.
- Create annual KPIs, objectives and initiative in strategy software and app
- Follow and review the progress of each KPI with their owner.
- Discuss all new initiatives with the owners.
- Follow and review the progress of all new initiatives with their owner.
- Contribute to prepare market research and feasibility studies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the Management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must have a good statistical analysis background to ensure KPI data is efficiently collected and presented.
