The candidate must demonstrate live cooking skills as part of the selection process.
Leadership experience in managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
Proven 8 years experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel.
Culinary degree or professional training from a recognized institution.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Albanian or other languages is a plus.
