Job Overview:
A luxury 5-star hotel in Albania is looking for two dedicated and detail-oriented Dining Area Cleaners to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and serving areas. The candidates will not be responsible for cleaning hotel rooms but will focus entirely on maintaining a spotless and elegant dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize dining tables, chairs, buffet stations, and serving areas before, during, and after meal services.
- Ensure floors, carpets, and windows in the dining area are spotless and well-maintained.
- Regularly clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces such as service counters, condiment stations, and beverage areas.
- Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
- Assist in waste disposal and recycling processes according to hotel policies.
- Work closely with the restaurant staff and servers to ensure a seamless and efficient dining service.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Follow strict hygiene, health, and safety protocols to maintain 5-star hospitality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaner, janitor, or housekeeping staff in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with service staff.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Understanding of hygiene regulations and best practices in hospitality cleaning.

- Basic understanding of English; knowledge of Albanian or other languages is a plus.
