Human Resources:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Onboard new employees, conduct orientation programs, and facilitate their integration into the organization.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, office supplies procurement, and vendor management.
- Maintain and update company policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and organizational objectives.
- Manage employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, HR policies, and reports.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.
