KalSoft is looking to hire an HR Officer with 1 - 2 years experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, managing various HR functions, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions
- Monitor and manage employee attendance records, including leave requests, time-off approvals, and addressing attendance-related issues
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Conduct employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Monitor HR metrics and propose improvements based on data analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience as an HR Officer or similar role, preferably in the IT industry
- Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
