The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. This role reports directly into the Head of HR and is an individual contributor role.
Responsibilities
- Define, design and lead implementation of country-wide projects and initiatives to deliver the People Agenda in support of the business agenda.
- Research and analyse employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
- Develop and implement talent management strategiesto identify high-potential employees, ensuring a robust succession planning framework that aligns with organizational goals and fosters leadership development at all levels.
- Manage cost-effective and timely delivery of critical business change initiatives such as organizational redesign and implementation including liaison with Country HR, ER/IR and HR Operations specialists.
