Eram Talent is actively seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and controlling all project documentation as part of our commitment to excellence in the Oil & Gas industry. You will ensure that documents are accurately filed, distributed, and accessible when needed, while contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Issue, receive, track, store and monitor documents using NEOM procedures to register documents and maintain databases
- Produce logs, transmittals, and other reports as required
- Document and coordinate the flow of documents between the division/department and other NEOM sectors and departments, and other organizations
- Perform accurate and timely processing of the departments' documentation
- Assist with the review and upgrade of NEOM's document control, management, naming, numbering and revision procedures
- Perform other duties commensurate with functional level and responsibilities
- Prepare Excel workbook and PowerPoint presentations
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
- 10-15 years' proven experience in office administration
- 8-10 years' experience in document control
- Experience of standard document control work processes
- Experience in large corporate departments' setup is a plus
Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of electronic document management systems including Aconex and SharePoint
- Strong knowledge of document numbering and indexing systems
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- High proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Professional
Skills
- Proficiency in English (required)
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus
- Good written and oral communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with department personnel and management
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a highly dynamic environment
- A keen eye for detail
