About the Job
You’ll be in charge of managing the overall accounting function for the business to perform financial functions related to the accounting and auditing, invoicing, collection, accuracy, entry and report generation, cash management, financial data collection, analysis and presentation of business, organization or company's financial operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Invoicing and collection
- accounts payable and receivable management,
- accounting system design, entry and reporting - QuickBooks
- maintains financial security by following internal controls
- manages contracts, and invoicing accordingly.
- verifies documents and makes payment accordingly
- Vendor management
- Credit controls – onboarding new clients, documentation and legal status.
- budget creation, rolling forecasts, reporting performance

Must Haves
- 5+ years of independently managing the overall accounting function of a small business upto preparing balance sheet.
- Agency experience
- ACCA membership is an advantage
- Fluent oral and written communication in English
- Highly motivated, has initiative to make changes and suggest improvements undaunted by hard work and passionate about all things Digital.
