XYZ Corporation is a diversified organization, operating in Business Services, Real Estate, Marketing and more. We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team and oversee the financial operations across our multiple subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable across the company and its subsidiaries.
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Build and Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure VAT compliance and handle VAT filings in line with UAE regulations.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Liaise with external auditors during audits and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7-15 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial processes simultaneously.
