We are looking for passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds who can wear many hats and be comfortable with ambiguity to join our Marketing team for our category of Cakes & Desserts.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the team, you will help in:
- Drive product development with a hands-on approach aligning with business goals.
- Lead market research, new product development, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive product launches, campaigns, and external agency partnerships.
- Manage category budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Work across teams to ensure seamless execution
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4 years of working experience in Category Management preferably in FMCG.
- Strong functional marketing knowledge across brand communication, activation, consumer insights and new product development
- ‘Get the job done’ mindset
- Out of the box thinking
- High initiative and ownership
- Creativity, passion, flexibility & persistence
- Effective communication, presentation and MS office skills
- A love for food.
