Role Description
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Supervising warehouse staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Keep stock of local purchases and place orders when necessary.
• Processing of sales orders, purchase orders, and stock control.
• Other admin work.
Qualifications
• Minimum Commercial Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Proven experience as an administrator especially with processing of orders and invoicing.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities in English.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Tally is essential.
